An endowment is a pool of assets, a portion of which is distributed annually for charitable purposes, while the remainder is reinvested to support long-term growth. As the endowment grows, so does the level of support it can provide over time.
Common endowments include Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and Memorial Funds. These offer flexible giving solutions for individuals, families, and corporations supporting international charitable projects. Contributions qualify for an immediate tax deduction.
Opening a fund is simple, with no setup or legal fees. Contributions can be made at any time and may include cash, securities, planned gifts, life insurance, and retirement assets. Transfers from private and community foundations or other DAFs are also accepted. Friends, family, and corporations may contribute as well.
Donors can recommend grants at any time. We conduct due diligence to ensure all donations support legitimate charitable purposes. If a new organization requires vetting a one-time $750 fee applies. We also assist in identifying initiatives aligned with your geographic or thematic interests.
An annual management fee of 0.8% of invested assets covers administration, due diligence, and operational support. This fee is kept low due to support from our endowment, but it excludes external bank or brokerage charges.
