We prioritize investments in companies with robust, verifiable corporate social responsibility programs embedded in their missions and growth strategies. We target operators in rural and remote regions, aiming to create meaningful, positive impacts on employees, their families, communities, and surrounding areas. We apply rigorous due diligence, including site visits, and transparent, rules-based methodologies to identify undervalued companies with strong fundamentals and significant medium- to long-term growth potential.

 

Access to our Private Wealth Funds services is by invitation, or introduction from an existing client. Qualified high-net-worth individuals and fund managers may apply, subject to a minimum liquid investment of US$250,000 (or multiples thereof). Funds are regularly reconstituted - monthly or quarterly - to reflect the latest factor scores in our selection and weighting process.

 

The Metals & Mining Funds seek to track the performance of sector-specific indices (before fees and expenses) by investing primarily in regulated-exchange-listed companies focused on gold, silver, uranium, and copper mining and production.

The Energy Fund seeks to replicate the performance of a global energy equity index (before fees and expenses), providing exposure to dividend-paying oil and gas producers and distributors with market capitalizations typically exceeding US$5 billion.
