Junior Leaders is a comprehensive ongoing, year-round educational program that includes the best elements of our STEAM Academy, Junior Creators, and Financial Literacy programs in its curriculum. Instruction is overseen by highly qualified tutors.

Junior Leaders is usually delivered in collaboration with schools and/or community centers that offer after-school educational activities for neighborhood students. The curriculum is flexible in terms of content, allowing us to customize the program to be suitable for students K-12.

Program participants are typically students attending title-1 schools. More than 400 students graduate through the Junior Leaders program annually.

STEAM Academy

Our STEAM Academy program engages and targets students via a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math-based curriculum.

Subject to the age (typically K-8) and skills of the population served, students complete various mini-projects. These range from hands-on learning about DNA and basic chemistry, to more complex STEM projects that include learning about our technology apps, related data research, etc.

The Art component of our STEAM Academy programs provide creative and artistically-minded students with opportunities to turn whatever they imagine, into physical products. The sessions are fun, interactive and program instruction is delivered by accomplished, professional artists.

Junior Creators is an ongoing, year-round creative and lifeskills program that offers hands-on learning, overseen by qualified tutors.

We serve our target audience directly, working with students to complete entrepreneurial projects. Activities include STEM-related workshops in a real-world environment, and in a hands-on manner, making learning fun.

Participants learn to create physical and/or digital products. The program's literacy component includes public speaking, reading, writing and comprehension.

Financial Literacy

Our Financial Literacy program teaches critical financial literacy skills in the digital age!

Our students learn money management and entrepreneurship skills, which are critical for future success in school and in life. We positively impact the lives of our program participants by teaching basic business ownership concepts, confident financial planning, and more.

Students who are equipped with real-world entrepreneurial skills at an early age are more likely to feel comfortable building a business plan, managing money, and eventually managing a business.

We deliver our content in fun, interactive sessions. Learning Financial Literacy may spark interest in exploring a future career as a self-employed entrepreneur, or using the knowledge gained to complement future earnings, by monetizing their new skills.
