Our Private Fund is a professionally managed investment vehicle that invests in publicly traded equities, and privately sourced deals. Depending on the fund manager's investment strategy the Fund may invest in international companies or limit allocations to companies domiciled in the United States only. The minimum lockup period for invested funds is two years.
The Fund may start to distribute quarterly profits to investors after two years. The annual management fee is 1% of total Assets Under Management, plus an 8% Performance Fee on annual gains achieved. Contact the Fund Manager via secure email.
