Memory Trees Equity Fund is a professionally managed, pooled investment vehicle that invests primarily in publicly traded equities (or stocks). Depending on the investment strategy employed by the Fund Manager, the fund may invest in, and own stocks issued by international companies, or limit investment allocations to companies within the United States only.
The fund will typically start to distribute profits to investors after a number of 5 years, or otherwise by arrangement between the client and Fund Manager. The fund's annual management fee is 1% of total Assets Under Management, plus an 8% Performance Fee.
